MacBook Pro - External Monitor - Red haze on screen

Morning -

Has anyone else see an issue with the external monitors - when I plug in an external monitor using a Belkin USB-C HDMI adaptor, it has very haze\ghosting on the screen - I have tried 2 screens and its the same!
