MacBook Pro for Photos/Video 13 vs. 15-inch?

I want to get a new MBP to use with Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, etc.

1. How much of a difference does the highest end 15-inch make vs. the 13-inch for this type of work?
2. I'm concerned that 15-inch is not mobile enough. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

night and day.... 15 is just much more powerful.. its the old power and portability issue...….
