My macbook keeps on freezing and everytime i call apple care they say do a clean install, but that doesn't fix it. So today the guy said go to a apple store. what are the chances if they can't find the problem what are the chances ill get a new macbook?

They will not trade your computer. First they will try to fix it. At the Apple store ask for the rollback tool of the EFI 1.7 firmware to 1.6 for the new macbook pro.
