Can someone pls help me!? I went to try to delete everything and start fresh on my MacBook Pro and now I can’t even get it passed a symbol that appears it’s a circle with a slash threw it!

If this is a system with valid AppleCare+ then I would call AppleCare and have them help you for free. This is something they’ve likely handled an untold number of times.
