Why is my MacBook Pro (2009 2.26 Ghz)
Running Temps 70+ And Fan Speed 6200+
Weeks Ago 40-60 Temps And Controled Fan Speed By SMC 4300
Can Anyone Solve My Problem?

What are you doing on your MacBook Pro when you get 70+ temps?

mine gets to like 75ish when i play SC2/HON. is it bad if i keep playing around those temps for liek 3~4 hours.

You don't have a problem. Your temps are normal, as you would see from a simple MRoogle search of this forum for the dozens of threads on this topic.

What About the fan Speed? I Set it at 4200 and It always goes to 6200 Now.
