Macbook Pro in future ask ??? [ t h a n k s ]

    anyone know how many lbs next macbook pro will weight ? take a guess

    i really want apple making thin macbook pro like ipad air , light weight and thin , ?

    looking for around 2lb macbook pro , is that possible next release ???:)

    Considering they just got the weight down to 4.5 lbs (from 5.5) I don't see it going below 3.5 lbs any time soon. (15" version)

    that feel disappoint -

    4.5 lbs still heavy for me
    hope next version decrease to 3.5 lbs
    like u guess

    Sounds like you want a retina MacBook.

    I'd look at the retina MacBook then if you think the rMBP is too heavy at 4.5. We really have no clue as to what apple may or may not do, but if weight is a major factor in your purchase matrix, then go with the rMB

    nah, retina macbook 12 inch

    i looking 15 inch macbook pro with low weight than 4 lbs , and that is in future

    A bit lower than 4.5 is possible, but I don't think the weight will drastically change. Perhaps there will be a redesigned model in late Fall that will shave off some weight. It has been almost four years since a redesign, after all.

    Sorry but I don't think that will be possible. The aluminum, display and battery (that needs to be large enough to drive the large display) mean you're dealing with a 4.x laptop.

    I'll pay for your gym membership, you sorely need it.

    You cannot cram the rMBP's power in a 2lbs chassis. Unless you know how to bend the laws of physics and thermodynamics.
