MacBook Pro issue

This looks like internet recovery mode, try shutting down the machine and restarting.
 
it's recovering the OS via internet. Maybe you accidentally erased the OS. Waiting for it to finish and reinstall the OS is the best thing to do...

Not deleted anything, I was watching Netflix then it just restarted and it popped up
