MacBook Pro keeps ejecting CD/DVD from SuperDrive

My MacBook Pro 13" Early 2011 keeps ejecting CD/DVD from SuperDrive. I can hear it, it tries to read and then poof, it ejects it. Does anybody knows a solution? Is is hardware or software problem?
