Hello guys,
recently i noticed that my keyboard do not light up as it should.
and few more key strokes do not apply.

i got pictures of my problems,

ill be clear no liquid spilled and mac did not fall

it seems that some keys act like they stuck, i can't use + or / only by using keyboard viewer
I'm using Yosemite 10.10.4 public beta on macbook pro early 2011

the dark photo is on maximum light

thank you!

You'll need the backlight replaced, I'm not sure it will be cost effective given the age of your computer.

i see, other than that it functions so u suggest i rather get a new one

That'll probably be a complete top case replacement as the keyboard and backlighting are built into the top case. It does look like some sort of liquid spillage has occurred though. Could always take it into an Apple Store and see if they can help you?
problem im in israel there is no apple store here (bought it back in 2011 when i was in states) and there is no warranty on it. but if it can function like this for 2 more years ill buy a new one right now I'm short on $$$

maflynn already said it. but if you can continue to use it with the on screen keyboard, and the backlighting doesn't get any worse, then keep using it.
We've had loads of machines like this and 99% are due to liquid spillage. As long as it's just the keyboard backlighting and a few none essential keys that are failing, you should be fine. Maybe next time you're abroad somewhere, you can take the machine with you and get the top case changed, as it doesn't take that long to do. If not then buy a new one later on.

You need it repaired and generally that will consist of getting it replaced.
