The issue is difficult to describe but I'll try. The left 'Shift' and 'Tab' keys make a wierd pop sound when pressed, as though they are caught on something once pressed. Once the Mac warms up during use the problem seems to go away until the next time I switch it on. Does anyone else have this issue or is it just a case of taking the keys off and put them back on? Thanks for any feedback.
