Probably same as before. Why would they send it back to you with anything other than what you sent it in with?

What country are you currently living in? I'd think they should definitely give you back the same machine you sent in (the only possible difference being that they'll probably slap a 2017 top case on your 2016 laptop). But I'd call Apple just to make sure, as some layouts are not offered as an option in every country. Worst case, the Danish keyboard might be a custom replacement part that might take a bit longer to get, but it should be possible.

I'm not sure, honestly... I'm not certain they would arbitrarily decide to give you back a functionally different piece of hardware without your consent. If you want a US layout (which is a very easy option to get in any country), the best thing to do is to call them and inquire about your repair. It's neither the original layout of your machine nor the one used in the country you live in, so I'd be inclined to think you'd have to explicitly ask for it.

You should be asking THEM, not us.
I doubt if anyone here could you give you an answer that you could rely upon...

If they do things right - you'll get it back with the same keyboard layout. Your issue may be that they need to order in the part as the repair center it was sent to from Romania may not stock the Danish keyboard so it may take longer for the repair.

Doing it the "right" way - they look up your system on the service site. On there is identified what parts it was built with, irrespective of where it is being serviced. The keyboard/topcase has a part number, which is different for each language. They order the part number (it may even be a checkbox next to the line item to say "I need this part") and the same topcase you had is then shipped to them to repair your system.
