Hi everyone,

I have a late 2013 15" Macbook Pro. I recently did an upgrade

with ssd m.2.:

WD Black NVMe SSD WDS100T2X0C with an adapter

m.2 ssd Sintech NGFF M.2 PCIe 2280 SSD.

My Sleep mode hardly works, the computer crashes after longer periods of sleep. I am already using the hibernation mode 25. This only works for short sleep modes. Does anyone have any other tips or things i can do? Should i change the adapter?

Thank you in advance!

Deep sleep will never work properly on a 2013 or 2014 MacBook with an nvme drive unless it is flashed with a modified bootrom. A different adapter will not change this behaviour.

To prevent kernel panics, hibernation mode should be set to zero.

Sorry, i am a relative computer noob. do you mean with "flashed with a modified bootrom":

"looked up the MBP112 and MBP114 firmwares, transplanted the NVMe driver from MBP114 to MBP112, and flashed my Mac with /usr/libexec/efiupdater -p /path/to/EFIPayloads --force-update" ?
