On Apple website I now have this : " Enlèvement par notre transporteur final en cours de préparation ".

It means that the final carrier (DHL) is/will soon be receiving my MBP !!

Just got off the phone with DHL. They told me that the shipment is now delivered to Apple's warehouse and Apple has to call DHL for pick up. After that the orders will be delivered.

Really confusing...why are they going to an Apple warehouse again? Don't get that! Anyhow, did they tell you anything about "self-pickup"? I would be interested if that works...should be faster...

Can you imagine having web page with nice imagery (obviously scanning items in multiple places). showing these updates and next steps clearly on website. Gamification Apple. Make it a journey. Not "Documents recovered" , "shipment information recieved."

"Order has been recieved" - > "Processing the order" - > "Card pre auth is successful" -> "Payment has been taken" - > "Preparing for Shipment" - > "Left Factory (Shangai)" - > "In Shangai warehouse" -> "in the Air (link to see flight)" - > "In Amsterdam Warehouse" -> "In UK/Germany/France..etc" - > "Out for delivery" - >" Customer is happy now"

And you could see date/time and possible next step estimations.

Weird, on the Apple website my estimated delivery day changed to nov 18, it also shows that it's on its way to customer.

No changes on Dhl's side....
