Not London, but UK and near enough exactly the same showing on both DHL and Apple in regards to dates and status/updates, only difference is yours was 15:59 on the 17th and mine was 15:42.
I'm in the same situation. Our orders have been sitting in Luxembourg all day. Juncker must be behind this and punishing us over Brexit :p

What the hell is Apple doing by shipping orders from days after the keynote before those ordered right after it (like mine). No diss to anyone, glad you're getting your laptops, but what the **** is the point of leaving whatever youre doing and trying to get first if they **** you over?

I've got a 15" BTO - 2.9 / 460 / 1TB (UniDays discount) to London, ordered right after it became available.

Is anyone from UK (pref London) with the same configuration experiencing the same ********ing delay? Or has someone with the same conditions gotten theirs shipped?

I've also spoke to an Apple CS which didn't frankly have a clue about anything, and only after I asked you can you confirm my order is in Amsterdam she said yes. And that it will be delivered by 24th...

Why is some of ours money less worth than others, starting from the European money being less worth than US, then some European from other European...

But on the flip side, I'm happy to see everyone getting their shipments tomorrow, hopefully a handful of you will be reviewing :D

Thank you for voicing out my frustration. I've ordered the base 15" with 460 graphics 512 GB. Ordered it about an hour after the keynote with delivery range of 17 to 24. Still says "Shipment information received" on DHL end and "In transit to customer - Shipment on schedule" on Apple. I would expect this kind of behaviour from a company that's just starting up and not a multi billion dollar company. Paying so much for this kind of service. Apple's really taken the piss this time.

Different config to you, 15 2.7 460 512gb. But to London and stuck on the same as you

I guess there's a 80-90% chance.
DHL work through the night, it'll be on a plane to an airport right next to a depot tomorrow. They said themselves they can cover 80% of the UK within 4 hours from the east midlands depot so I imagine they do well elsewhere too

This is basically me, only in Glasgow, Scotland.

My 15" BTO has the same status as yours at DHL.com and was last update on Thursday at 15:53.

Starting to accept it won't be here tomorrow now.

Haha actually I finished my studies at an English school in Germany so I have A-levels!
Aw well German and French are both awfully difficult languages to learn. There is still time! If you install Rosetta Stone on your new mac;)

Hey French-German connection as I can see! Me too, both french and german living in DE since 4 years.
Also went to an international school in Paris back in the days...

But that doesn't change anything, the waiting remains terrible.

Ordered 13" BTO through a reseller here in DE that is totally intransparent reg. delivery dates, am getting nuts, I'll probably get it delivered in Jan.

Have fun with your machines guys, I'm curious about the performance of the 13" full specs!

Unfortunately they don't give time slots. I wish Apple had used DPD for the MBP as they do for some other things, as they do give you an estimated 1 hour time slot, which delivery you are for that driver, and where the driver is and what delivery s/he is on!

My MBP is also scheduled for delivery tomorrow, but DHL haven't reported it getting on a plane yet. I won't be home till Wednesday evening, but I have got someone to receive delivery for me.

Just wondering how you did know in which plane is/was your MBP.
I received my shipment e-mail Saturday at 3 am (GMT+1) and my estimated delivery is the 28/11.

Anybody could find me the plane where my MBP is/was ? And do you think it is possible I receive my MBP this week ? :)
