The display is stunning. Reinstalled OS X, enabled SIP and Filevault. Boots with no graphical glitches which I've seen people say happens to them with filevault enabled (on any mac, although I've never had one that's done anything funny on booting with filevault)

Just out of curiosity, why have you reinstalled macOS?

No update since 24th november. Anyone else in the same situation? Apple says it will deliver on 30th november.

No update since 25tu and apple says it delivers 01st of december. So yeah, similar situation

Just to start with a known release version (as opposed to what they installed on it in the factory which may (or may not) be a different build.

It only takes 25 mins or so and I never restore a config from a previous mac, so may as well start completely fresh.

Yannic I'm in the same situation. Mine is a 15" SG 2.7GHz/512GB and I have the same screen ("Shipment information received" at 12:22 instead of your 12:23). It seems like everyone else's is moving! I keep looking and hoping to see a change. I'm just glad I'm really busy at work for the next two days...

Hi Guys,

Back here for the first time since the Apple watch shipping thread back in April 15 :)

So I have 2 x space grey MBP15 2.7/16/512's on the way

My order status is sitting like this.

Anyone have any movement on this model with the 7-13 December delivery slot?

Tip, for anybody that wants to use a windows to go installation you will need a wired keyboard to be able to install!

The laptop keyboard and trackpad will not work until windows is installed and you've been able to install the bootcamp drivers!

Fortunately I had a wired apple keyboard here so was able to use that to get me through the installer and to install the bootcamp drivers!

Do you think our MacBooks are in Amsterdam or still in Shanghai?

Mine is out for delivery alreaddy.

Man it's a bummer to be at home waiting for it. Alreaddy 12AM and still nothing.

Especially bad since they should of had delivered it on friday.

Same situation here - practically same dates as well (mine says 12:20).
Since they're supposed to be delivered on Wednesday I'm not really expecting an update before tomorrow evening (DHL pickup). Assuming they only need a day to get it to me (in Germany)...

My order got moved to Preparing for Dispatch yesterday. The delivery estimate is still 8-14 December. How long does it normally take to be dispatched after it goes to Prearing for Dispatch?

Alright, the wait is almost over.
My status changed to: Preparing handover to final carrier.
Still no tracking number.
est delivery: nov 30th

I hope it will show up tomorrow!
