Ahhh sounds neat,Now onto 3rd 'In Transit to customer' .. DHL should have it now and just waiting for their tracking page to update. Could possibly fly out tonight, does anyone know if there any flights into liverpool/manchester for DHL later this evening?
Apple website updated estimate delivery today. From previous posts ive seen DHL usually deliver the next working day!
Update: DHL ESTIMATE END OF PLAY 30TH NOVEMBER!!!! (original delivery was estimate 6-12Dec)

How do you know how many times "in transit to customer" has been displayed? Now onto 3rd 'In Transit to customer' .. DHL should have it now and just waiting for their tracking page to update. I believe when you're waiting between the shipment being picked up, the manifest for carriage completed and the flight leaving, then you see something like "In transit to customer – delivery on schedule".
Forget what the original status states now.
Edit: Here are the Apple tracking statuses
1. Shipped
2. In transit to customer – shipment on schedule (it's sitting at the airport in Shanghai waiting to fly out)
3. Shipment dispatched
4. In transit to customer – shipment on schedule (again, it is in AMS, but not cleared customs yet)
5. Preparing handover to final carrier (it's most likely passed through customs, and is on its way to AMS DHL)
6. In transit to customer - shipment on schedule (Again, this time it is processed at DHL AMS and is waiting to fly out to your country). DHL will give you your delivery estimate at this point, just go ahead and use the DHL tracking as it will be more accurate and have more info.
7. In transit to destination country (most likely a status you'll get overnight, meaning a delivery is possible the day after)
8. With courier, delivered, etc. Use DHL's tracking

What does the Apple website say? That date is most likely, or 1 day earlier at best. For me that means Monday (I don't believe Apple's paid for Saturday deliveries this time around).
The old extension cords work just fine - got my MBP this afternoon. Don't want to say too much at this point since I am somewhat overwhelmed (coming from an early 2011 non retina MBP). This'll be a long evening playing around with it...Enjoy it when you get it, mines been on Preparing handover to final carrier for 24hrs now, estimated delivery is tomorrow but holding our much hope of that happening as I still don't have a tracking number.
Omg maybe I'all get an update soon as well?Updates updates!
DHL tracking updated and delivery scheduled for tomorrow!!! Guys in the same boat as me you should be seeing your updates soon!
@Azumah1 and @Jamieblufc
If you hate it that much you can return it...i will most prop get hate cos ppl hate to hear the truth on this forum, but dont get to excited for your new macbook pro, so many things you will hate ive had it one day and had to re instal osx twice and trackpad sound is hollow and no silient clicking mode, and the screen is bright but uneven and not white its oinky, so waste of £3000 i need a laptop but wish i kepy my 2015 one and touch bar is a gimmick you wont end up using it trust me
I'm in almost the same boat as you. Mine is sitting in AMS as well. Probably arrived on the same flight. Waiting for mine to get assigned to a courier to get to Oslo. The wait is killing me. When I spoke to Apple this morning they said once it gets assigned it could be delivered the next day. But it's been in AMS for almost 24 hours now. And my Apple status page says sod all of what is happening or where it's at.Thank you so much for this! I've been lurking in this thread for a while (wonderful, informative posts, thank you all!), trying to figure out where my computer is and now my patience is running out. I placed my order on October 28th and had an estimated delivery window between December 1st and 6th. Ever since the change to "Shipped" the expected delivery date has been set on Dec. 6th. Mine is a merged order, so from what I gather through this thread it doesn't quite follow the structure outlined above. It's on its fourth "In transit to customer...", after going through "Preparing handover to final carrier". I have not received a tracking no from DHL yet (which is grinding my gears the most). According to the Expo tracking it has been delivered to consignee (DHL?), but that's all I've got. What can I expect? Any hope of receiving the computer by the end of the week, or should I expect Monday-Tuesday delivery? I'm probably the most impatient person in the world, so Apple's vague status updates are just triggering my "is it here yet!?"-nerve.
Glad to hear I'm not the only one! Keeping my fingers crossed for the both of us!I'm in almost the same boat as you. Mine is sitting in AMS as well. Probably arrived on the same flight. Thanks for the update on the extension cord!! I need to ask you for a favor, there's been some complaints about a "rattle" noise in the new macs, that when you tilt them or shake them you can hear something loose in the screen shaking, could you try and see if you have the same problem. The old extension cords work just fine - got my MBP this afternoon. Hope all of you still waiting will get yours soon !
I understand your complaints, but I don't think what you saying applies for everyone, in my case, I've already tried the 13" with Tb and without TB at the Apple Store and I've really enjoyed both the new trackpad and keyboard. I loved the screen and, what's oinky? Did you mean inky or pinky?i will most prop get hate cos ppl hate to hear the truth on this forum, but dont get to excited for your new macbook pro, so many things you will hate ive had it one day and had to re instal osx twice and trackpad sound is hollow and no silient clicking mode, and the screen is bright but uneven and not white its oinky, so waste of £3000 i need a laptop but wish i kepy my 2015 one and touch bar is a gimmick you wont end up using it trust me
I have the stock 15" with the Radeon 455.Thanks for the update on the extension cord!! Which model did you have btw?
Omg maybe I'all get an update soon as well?
That's exactly how I would describe it.... and trackpad sound is hollow ...
Thanks!I have the stock 15" with the Radeon 455.
I just shook the MBP (a little) and turned it around and around - no rattling.
HTH.
