The left side speaker for this laptop has started to buzz quite annoyingly, even at lower audio volumes. I have never blasted music / audio on these speakers, I hate loud noises. I've never had this issue on a laptop or computer before. It sounds cheap for a machine I paid this much money for. Apple has replaced the keyboard unit in the past during the pandemic due to keyboard failure, I'm not sure if that would impact the actual speaker system.

While I will not be buying another MacBook Pro again as the quality seems to have completely tanked, is there any easy solution to fix this unit until it is no longer usable? Or just live with it?

Bring it in to your local Apple Store and let them see if they can fix it for you. You pay a premium for local service stores.

M1 M1 Pro MacBook Pro 16 has been flawless since I ordered it at launch.

It could be that something is loose and vibrating and that something just needs to be tightened.
