I have recently purchased the new MacBook Pro, and while I'm generally very happy with the device, I've noticed it will sporadically creak/make clicking sounds from the bottom case. It doesn't seem to be very consistent in that I haven't found a pattern that makes creak. Sometimes it does it when I lay my palms down on when its on my lap or the desk, other times its when I take it off. Sometimes it happens when I apply pressure to the left side while other times when I do it to the right side. Has anybody noticed anything like this? I have found some threads discussing similar problems for older models. Also, what would you guys do with this?

Here's an example

Back in 2010 I bought a MacBook Air that creaked, I brought it to Apple and they took it in for repairs and it came back a couple weeks later creak-free.

Also have seen a MBP M1 like this. And with light leakage around the bezel.
My screen is great, so I really hope that if I would return it, they could fix it while keeping the same screen. Perhaps I'll contact the store soon.

Have you gotten yours fixed? My 2017 MacBook Pro started doing this after getting the keyboard replaced, and I think it's because of the bottom panel not being aligned properly. Was this the case on yours?

Yeah, I brought it in for repair and they said they just loosened the bottom panel and since then I haven’t have it happen (almost) at all. It’s possible to do it yourself as well, though it’s not the easiest procedure.
