MacBook Pro making boot up noise during use...

I have a 18 month old MBP and just today it started making the sound that it makes when I awaken it from sleep. It does not shut off or anything, just annoys me. Anyone know what this could be. I have already re-booted and that did not help🙂 Thanks🙂
