MacBook Pro making scratching sound...example included

My MacBook Pro is making this strange sound(example below). It is coming from the front of the laptop. I do not think it is the hard drive because the hard drive is in the back of the computer. Although, I may have the exact location of the sound wrong. Also, I have opened the panel to check for debris but there was none in there, so I do not know what is causing this sound.

The hard drive is located on the bottom right corner, underneath the palm rest, not that back, it most likely is the hard drive's head parking.

Edit: Just looked at the video, it's your fan which probably needs a good cleanup/replacement, one of mine did the same before dying.
