Hi everyone, I have been a mac user for almost 10 years now, never had an issue with any kind of malware or "viruses" but last few days it has been happening that on random occasion (not when I try to open some specific program) my mac freezes and shows this error:

I cannot click or do anything on this window, and it auto turns off after approx. 10 seconds.
Anyone else seen this and can give some advice on how to get rid of it?
    Thanks

Clean up browser cookies, junk files and should be good to go. I believe this is some web script, popup.

Yes it does look like a webscript because on the image the upper part looks like safari, but it actually appears when safari is not even open (I don't use safari :) )

OK, let me rephrase. This pops up when no web browsers are open :) it just pops up randomly, for example like when I watch something on vlc.
    anyways I took
keysofanxiety s advice and removed some malware, will see if that helps. thanks for the reponses....

Did Malwarebytes or another program find anything?
