The maxed out version of the 13 basically With the 16gb of ram as well.

How do you like?
How hot does it run?
Any throttling?
Do you regret just getting an i5 and saving $300 Or is the i7 worth it? I’ve seen results and benchmarks that say i5 and i7 are similar but more power is more power.
 
Here! …only one week behind… so only thing what I can say atm is this is fast after the MBA… :D

in my opinion i5 is more than enough in that kind of MBP.

Might be but The i7-8569u chip is supposed to be the strongest available for a portable laptop. They even said it is stronger than some of the 10th gen ice lake ones coming out. I forget the article but it comes up when you google i7-8569u
 
Usually it’s only 5-10% more. So people don’t bother and stay with the i5.
Or if u really need more power u have to choose the 15”

Yes, but what about the TDP of that CPU inside a small notebook ?

For whatever reason, I just can’t get used to the 15. And I’ve tried too
