Macbook Pro name not appearing in DHCP active IP table

Hello,
I have a Linksys WRT54G router. Both my iPod touch and Macbook pro's names do not appear on the client list for active IP addresses. Our windows PCs do, but the name is simply blank for our Mac PCs. The M.A.C. address appear for our Mac PCs though. Any way to correct this?
