Charge battery fully. 2. check if you have enough disk space for sleepimage (> 4 GB should is OK) 3. reset PRAM: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1379 4. recalibrate battery (if necessary): http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=Mac/10.5/en/9036.html Check if there are no devices (especially bluetooth) that can wake your computer. - turn off bluetooth - disconnect external harddrives - turn off airport After resetting PRAM and recalibrating you battery, let me know if it has helped.
