MacBook Pro or iPad?

Hi,

I am looking wether to get an iPad or MacBook Pro for personal/school. I have done some research on the topic, and I found the MacBook was better.

Still deciding today, so do you mind sharing your thoughts on this?

There's almost no meaningful overlap. If you need a computer, get the MBP. If you want a mobile entertainment device, get an iPad. Which is "better" will depend on the person and their needs.

Go for a Macbook, it's much easier to write documents and stuff like that.

Don't get an iPad, it's only a content consumption device... for school etc. you'll need to create something.
