It is functional but its not flush with surrounding aluminum! (power button has sunk!) Applecare will not fix unless its not functioning correctly!

I just got it back from Applecare and they wont fix it just because it looks bad I did not realize it was supposed to be flush until used my dads MBP and his is perfectly flush! It was like this out of the box!
