macbook pro power button replacement

I made a mid 2010 MBP 13" unibody and I need to replace my power button.
Is this fixable and I have not been able to find this part anywhere!

Also does anyone know how to fix it?

It is functional but its not flush with surrounding aluminum! (power button has sunk!) Applecare will not fix unless its not functioning correctly!

I just got it back from Applecare and they wont fix it just because it looks bad🙁 I did not realize it was supposed to be flush until used my dads MBP and his is perfectly flush! It was like this out of the box!
