Macbook pro problem

HI there,

My MBP SR won't start. It chimes shows the apple and the rotating thingie but then just dies down and shuts off.

The battery is 100% charged. I've tried to unplug remove battery press the start button for 5 and 30 seconds but nothing.

tried the verbose mode and it said killing all processes...😡😡

I'd like to try and boot up with the OS X installer but it doesn't boot. Can anyone help?

desperate, the computer has a few months...

in verbose mode it also says CPU halted...

is it super bad?

Barring that I would head into the nearest Apple Store right quick and have a Genius look at it.

can you please help me in booting up the system with the OS X install cd? if I just inser the cd the computer doesn't boot up. Do I need to press any keys when the cd is inserted?

Are you holding down "c" when you start up? That tells it to boot from the disc.
