Macbook Pro quits unexpectedly when trying to shut down

    My macbook pro quits unexpectedly everytime i try to shutdown or restart my mac. I keep getting Kernel messages. Below is the message im getting. Please someone help me in trying to figure this out. Its becoming an annoying issue.
