MacBook Pro RAM question

I am using a 15" 2.33GHz Core 2 Duo MBP with 2GB of RAM. Is it pre-installed with two 1GB or one 2GB sticks of RAM? I'd like to know so that I can upgrade it to 3GB. Thanks in advance! 🙂

Then look under Memory to see which slots are populated. You could always just open it up too. 🙄

You could check by going to about this mac>more info>memory and it will tell you how much RAM is in each slot. I'm guessing it will be 2x1GB though.
