2009 Macbook Pro remains on black screen and does not wake up after power save. This happened after the latest moutain Lion update

2009 Macbook Pro remains on black screen and does not wake up after power save. This happened after the latest moutain Lion update

I have the new MBP 2012 and after upgrading to Mountain Lion the same thing happened on regular occasions. I have changed energy saving settings so it doesn't go to sleep.

Next week I am due to re-image Mountain Lion when I get a new drive so I will see if the upgrade from Lion was the cause or not... or if Mountain Lion is the cause...
