I took my MBP in for repair to the Birmingham Apple store on Tuesday morning. I was told that it would be a few days and if I had not heard from them by Friday or Saturday then to give them a call. After ringing on Friday, to no answer for a while, the phone was finally answered to when I was told they would call me within 10 minutes. Five hours passed and not a phone call. After ringing again I was told my MBP was being worked upon as we spoke. It is now Sunday and not a phonecall from the store. Is it worth ringing them again and asking what is going on? Do they work weekends (the repair team). I have checked my online repair status which said repair started on 20/07/10 and it does not take 6 days to replace a top case.
