MacBook Pro replacement issue

I got this MacBook Pro 16 inch replaced from apple care plus sent because my MacBook Pro 13 inch plus defected and when I received my MacBook Pro 16 inch screen has a crack/a deep scratch on the display when I open the box but my mistake I paid the AppleCare plus warranty on it and noticed it can I bring this to the store to get it swapped out since phone support did me an espress replacement on this unit ?

I called Up care they lady from customer relations will call me at 12 -1 cst to see my option she said wow.
