Hi, I'm solving replace of my MBP I have 3 DVD drive and 3 HDD failures.

My problem is my dealer and his inability (I have broken MBP for 3 months, because I'm waiting for replacement!)

The problem is now on the Apple side, but I have model with Czech keyboard and Apple will send me English model, but I don't want to use stickies for Czech characters, because I could buy Macbook in US, where the cost is more then 1/3 lower!

So has anybody experience about this?

This is my third MAC, but this is really annoying

I think if the fault is Apple's then you need to call them and they'll make it right.

Yeah, I'm waiting for reply, but I'm nerveous, this Macbook is cursed I guess, I spent over 3300 Dolars for this macbook (Warranty extension and European prices are a lot bigger due to VAT and Apple policy 1Dollar=1Euro)

Call Apple, ask to go to Customer Service, and explain the situation calmly and politely. See what happens. Apple has a pretty decent customer service if you know how to work it (be polite, have facts on hand, state your case, know your customer rights etc).
