MacBook Pro Retina display setup issue

I just took my new Mac Book Pro with Retina Display out of the box. Unfortunately, I live 90 miles from the store where I purchased it. I started the setup and barely into it, it asked if I wanted to view the Voice Over instructions. I thought it was something they were suggesting so I said yes. After going through the tutorial, I escaped to setup and it asked for the country of my location, so I highlighted the United States. At the bottom there is a back button and a continue button. I tried to continue by putting the cursor over it and hitting "enter". That didn't work, so I used the right arrow and again, nothing. I can't get past that screen. Can you help me? By the way, I have not used anything Mac for over 20 years.

Setup

I just called Apple and found out that I was not touching the key pad hard enough and when I did, I was able to continue through setup.
