macbook pro retina late 2013

keep getting this error or pic. Lately my macbook pro just keeps turning off and going to a black screen with this error. it a black screen with a power button in the background. It says your computer restarted bc of a problem. It prob happens 5 times a day

what does it mean? hard drive bad?

Sounds like OS corruption. Not to familiar with macs but I would start with a disk check.
