MacBook Pro Retina Making Weird Sound

So I woke up this morning, and I noticed my MacBook Pro was making this weird sound. I think it's the fans because when I turn up the fans, it gets louder and more obnoxious.

So it's the fans spinning fast, right?

It makes the noise if the fan is running at a lower RMP or a higher one. It's been making the noise, and I'm not sure why.
