Macbook Pro Retina (Mid 2014) Graphics issue

Hi guys, I recently purchased a rMBP with the dGPU and i'm now noticing artifacts, a horizontal line running in the middle of the screen as well as the bottom of the screen. Is this normal as i have never owned a macbook pro with a dedicated gpu? I installed Yosemite thinking that Mavericks was the issue but to no avail, so downgraded back to mavericks.Thanks.

That's definitely not normal. Exchange it if it's less than 14 days old!

Agreed! This looks to be a hardware defect.

That's a fault Probably with the LCD
