Macbook pro retina not sleeping

I'm now running ML DP4 with gfxcardstatus. It's mostly ok but sometimes when I close the lid, it will not sleep immediately. Opening the machine again shows a black screen with only a cursor. However If I wait, the machine eventually sleeps. It can take 5mins tho

Hmm, I'd definitely suggest filing a Radar at http://bugreport.apple.com about that and including any kind of logs you might have.
