Macbook pro screen (after 1.5 year use)

I started using macbook pro m4 24gb 16 in since march 8 2025. On August 13 2026, the macbook screen did not come when i opened the lid. So, i thoight it will be battery. Then i charge and reopened using power button. The screen appears and i was working. Then when i opened agian the screen did not come back.on that day, i tested with external monitor, the monitor did not show anything. At night, the screen lid up with cloudy shades.
I did not even use it without macbook sleeve, or near water, what is happening with mac screens.
What should i do

The external monitor also showing nothing is the key detail — that rules out just the internal panel or the hinge cable, because external would still work in that case. When both go dark together it usually points at the display coprocessor hanging on wake, or something on the logic board's display pipeline itself.

Before the Genius Bar visit, worth trying two things. Shut it down fully, charge lid-closed for 15 minutes, then press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, release, and tap power to boot. That's the Apple Silicon equivalent of an SMC reset and it can unstick a wedged DCP. Second, run Apple Diagnostics — power off, hold power until the boot options screen appears, then Cmd-D. If diagnostics can't bring the display up either, that confirms it's display hardware and gives the tech a clean data point.

Also: bring the exact timeline you described. The intermittent behavior (works after charge, dies again on next open, backlight lit but cloudy at night) is more useful than any error code you could give them. That specific pattern helps them identify whether it's the DCP, the backlight controller, or the panel connector under the hinge.
