This began yesterday while I was on Twitter, it is glitching sometimes at random but mostly when scrolling or doing things with the cursor in top area of the screen, only area seemingly affected.

The glitch isn’t present when scrolling using Chrome Canary, only Safari.

That just looks like the transparency feature to me.

It isn’t, it is unable to be captured in screen recordings. I had to film it with my iPhone.

What's the model/year of your MBP?

Is ‘video’ generic term for what is displayed on the screen?
    • Distorted or scrambled video on the computer screen

Okay, it seems to affect Safari only and only on certain sites, for example, SoundCloud and Twitter.
