Does anyone know if it's possible to swap the screen on a MacBook Pro (13", mid-2012 model) with a Retina screen? If it is, would it still carry the "Retina display" quality?

Impossible.

I find it a little sad that a computer you can buy in 2014 uses a screen with the same resolution from 2006. I wish it were upgradeable.
