Macbook Pro MACOSX Snow Leopard will not start up. Goes to apple icon, wheel spins and then up come a circle with a dash.
I tried to open with Start Up Disc and repaired with Disc Utility.
Previously had this message: /LibraryExtensions/IOstorageFamily.kext 'installed improperly.'
I'm not computer savvy, so this is a stressful problem.
Days earlier I had this message: "vmwarefusion cannot sync with disc before abort.' I have the Macbook scheduled for service on this issue.
