    Hi all,
does anyone know how to use the function key actions within photoshop?

I really would like to think i'm simply missing something rather than apple did something silly like overriding applications choice for f keys.

    any ideas?

    jayenne.

You have to press the fn key while pressing a function key.

Alternatively you can turn off the default function key functions (for lack of a better term) by going to System Preferences -> Keyboard and Mouse and checking the "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys."
