Hello friends.
Unfortunately I need some help regarding the macbook pro of somebody in my family.
I think it's a macbook pro 2011 15'' with El Capitan. I can't check any other informations.
Basically it doesn't load up and it gets stuck on a white screen. I think it happened after an automatic update.
I have checked many methods on youtube and google like resetting the SMC and PRAM. Pressing cmd + R at the start to Reinstall the OSX (it doesn't go through), going on safe mode (it doesn't go through). Nothing seems to work.
Do you have any other option available?
