It's normal, the fan will spin faster when it reaches 70-80 degrees.

Do not touch anything. The temperatures are fine, you cannot expect MacBook Pro with mediocre thermals to do light work at 30 degrees Celsius.

Its like asking "How is my heartbeat? Am I healthy? Am I sick?". If you want your question to be answered you need to provide more information. What is your ambient temperature? What is the CPU utilisation history at the moment you took this picture (last 30 seconds at least)?

An example: for a machine that is running on idle in a 20C room, these temperatures are a bit high. But if it has been doing some work in the last 20 seconds, then its perfectly fine.

Those temps are not out of the ordinary, I would not be worried, and just enjoy the computer

I have 23-25 degrees in my room. I used YouTube, browsing, 4-5 tabs open on Safari. But when the fan is starting is very very silent, i cant hear it.

It’s fine. The fan in my 2015 13 inch is very quiet. I have similar temps.
