MacBook Pro touch bar, "your computer restarted becasue of a problem"

For the second time in the past few days, I open my MacBook Pro to find it shut down with the message "your computer restarted becasue of a problem". I last used it around 3 pm yesterday. I closed it and didn't use it again until now, when I found it shut down. Is this happening to anyone else?

It will crash 100% of the times if it sleeps and is connected to my external screen and I remove it (and open it). I have to open it while connected and then I can remove it.
