    Hi everybody!

I just read that touch screens migth be coming to iMacs (http://www.9to5mac.com/rumor_and_speculation_on_apple) and I was wondering that do you guys think that mbps will have them too. And if you think that they will, when do you think it's going to happen?

iMac thing is just a rumor, I doubt it'll happen. Touchscreen is way too slow for comfortable operating plus the screen has fingerprints all over it. It's extremely painful as well, 10mins and you need to rest your arms.

Maybe with future OS X which is designed for touch but Snow Leopard isn't, thus it would be awful to use it.

I agree with Hellhammer on this one, a touch screen on a MBP would have way more negatives than positives. The screen get's dirty enough as it is without adding touch into the equation, plus the trackpad's multitouch features are pretty awesome and think they'd be better off developing that more than messing with the screen.
