Hi guys,
Just wanting to know if you guys,probably notice on istat or another cpu management tool turbo boosting.Sometimes i see 1 core on full and the others basically inactive

With iStat, that isn't 'boosting' that you're seeing, it's CPU usage, from 0-100%.

I'd say you're running a single threaded application if you're seeing 1 core 'full'/near 100% and the others idle, without much taking up CPU in the background (other apps, OS tasks, etc.)

It's normal, turbo boost is a tool that makes your computer works with less cores possible! Turbo boost give a turbo on the core that is activated, if you have not much programs running obviously the computer just turn on 1 core, if needed computer turns on other core itself! Don't worry! 😀 :apple:
 
Most programms are still single threaded hence they will use 100% of 1 core while other are mutlithreaded using more cores and the cpu will boost depending on the amount of threads.
