Macbook Pro upgrade

Need to upgrade my Macbook Pro. Current 15" Mid 2014 Retina acting up.

Using following software:
Pro Tools, Sibelius, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and possibly Final Cut Pro.

Advice welcome for configuration. Thank you

I'm not familiar with some of those programs, but I suspect a base M1 16" MBP would feel like a good upgrade next to a 2014.
